MATERIALS
Where possible, I will share all the details about the yarn used for each piece to help identify specific care instructions. I predominantly use secondhand yarn, and whilst this is great in terms of sustainability, this also means that I often don’t have much information about the yarn used.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand washing is advised for all items. Add the clothing item to a bowl with lukewarm water with a small amount of laundry detergent or fabric softener and let it soak for a few minutes. Ensure not to touch or stretch the item too much as this can alter its size. Place it in your washing machine on a gentle spin cycle and let it dry flat.
If your washing machine has a gentle handwash cycle you can also wash your item using that. If you’re unsure about your washing machine stick with the hand-washing routine.
SIZING
All given sizes are based on the below sizing system. Keep in mind that many items are intended with an oversized fit so there is wiggle room within the sizing e.g. a jumper might be labelled size M, but could fit baggier on a size S or tighter on a size L.
The measurements in inches are what I refer to when creating custom orders. If you fill out the commission form, please take the time to take your measurements as this will help me make your piece to fit you as best as possible.
If you shop internationally, either compare the sizing system to your local sizes or ideally take your body measurements and compare these to the sizes below.

MADE-TO-ORDER
Each item is made with lots of care and attention to detail and the availability of these items is dependent on my yarn stock. Only a small amount of the designs and colourways can be produced, making these one-of-a-kind pieces made exclusively for you. Therefore these items have a production time of 2-3 weeks before being shipped out.
SHIPPING
Since everything is handmade and sent out by me, please allow for
all ready-to-ship items to be sent within 1 week
all made-to-order items to be sent within 2-3 weeks
all commissioned items to be sent within 2-4 weeks
if both ready-to-ship and made-to-order or commission items have been purchased together, all items will be sent within later send-out date (to combine postage and reduce carbon footprint)
UK delivery times are estimated at 2-4 days. International delivery times are estimated at 5-9 days.
All items are sent tracked & signed (depending on local shipping options). I will provide a tracking code for all orders as proof of postage. Once this has been provided, I no longer take responsibility for any lost, damaged or delayed items.
I ship to the UK, USA, Canada, AUS & Europe. If your destination is not available at the checkout, please reach out to me and I will make the correct shipping available to you.
RETURNS
Due to the custom-made nature of my items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues or damages, I am happy to offer repairs but will not be responsible for return shipping.
