I do not offer refunds on patterns. The patterns are made available right after checkout and are sent to the email used at checkout. Due to the immediate access to the product, a refund cannot be offered at this time.

For all return/refund requests, contact me directly within 14 days of receiving the item(s) at paulaaverkamp@gmail.com.

  • Returns need to be made within 14 days of agreeing to the return.

  • Returns need to include a note of the full name and/or order number.

  • Returned items need to be in unworn/unused condition.

    • Refunds will be reduced if items are returned damaged due to wear/use.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return

  • All return shipping costs to the UK are to be covered by the buyer
