MADE-TO-ORDER

Each item is made with lots of care and attention to detail and the availability of these items is dependent on my yarn stock. Only a small amount of the designs and colourways can be produced, making these one-of-a-kind pieces made exclusively for you. Although I try my best to send out custom orders these items have a production time of 4 weeks before being shipped out.

Since everything is handmade and sent out by me, please allow for

  • ready-to-ship items to be sent within 1 week

  • custom and commissioned items to be sent within 4 weeks

All items are sent tracked with Evri. I will provide a tracking code for all orders as proof of postage. Once this has been provided, I no longer take responsibility for any lost, damaged or delayed items.

I ship to the UK, USA, Canada, AUS & Europe. If your destination is not available at the checkout, please reach out to me and I will make the correct shipping available to you.

UK delivery times are estimated at 2-4 days. International delivery times are estimated at 5-9 days.

RETURNS

Due to the custom-made nature of my items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues or damages, I am happy to offer repairs but will not be responsible for return shipping.

MADE-TO-ORDER

These products are made to order which means that they may take a little longer to be delivered to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Delivery time*

  • UK 8 - 11 business days

  • Europe 6 - 15 business days

  • USA 6 - 9 business days

  • Canada 14 - 17 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand 17 - 19 business days

RETURNS

For all return requests, contact me directly within 28 days of purchasing at paulaaverkamp@gmail.com.

Order failed to deliver:

If the wrong address was added at Checkout and the order fails to be delivered, contact me within 28 days of purchasing to schedule another delivery. After 28 days, a redelivery will not be possible. I will not be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.

Order lost in transit:

If the tracking information states an order as delivered, a return/refund cannot be accepted. If the shipping address was entered correctly and the parcel cannot be located, a replacement will be shipped to you.

Damaged & mislabeled items:

If you received a damaged or mislabeled item, please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos to show the issue. A replacement will be shipped out to you.

Wrong sizing:

Accidents can happen and Iā€™m glad to offer you a size exchange. Contact me directly to confirm the return of the wrong-sized item. Once the return is received, a replacement product will be sent out to you. I will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
